trustaff is currently seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time, direct-hire position with a medical facility located in Bishop, CA. Day shifts. Required to FLOAT all areas as needed. BLS/BCLS. Less than 1 year Minimum year of experience. COTA must have managerial experience. Experience with Medicare PPS Meetings. Triple Check Processes. IDT Meetings. Experience with scheduling and staffing. Ability to understand metrics crucial to operations - Productivity and Cost Per Minute. Minimum of 6 months of managerial experience required. We are willing to train on budgeting. This COTA will provide therapy as well. 50% Patient Care and 50% Manager Duties. This position offers competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit plan.
